How fast is airtime delivered?
Most vends complete in seconds. A small number return Pending; check their status after three minutes rather than retrying.
What happens if a top-up fails?
The amount is reversed to your wallet and you receive the final status by webhook.
Is there a minimum wallet balance?
We operate a prefunded wallet model, with a minimum wallet funding requirement of ₦500,000.
